Introduction

The Sunday school begins with the children in the sanctuary for the beginning of the service at 10am.  Shortly after the service begins, the senior minister or a lay person will offer a message for the children, inviting them to come to the chancel to sit with them. Following the message and a prayer, the children are dismissed to their class rooms which are downstairs.  When the children first come forward, they are invited to place an offering of money in a basket to support a mission that they have chosen to support.  For the past few years, the money has gone to support a young boy in Africa.
