The members of the First Church in Swampscott have long had a heart for service and community outreach. We have members who have been hands-on with a number of local non-profit organizations as well as raised money in support of other groups both local and distant. We support people with immediate needs, as well as work on legislative campaigns to address systemic issues such as poverty, housing, and racial and economic justice. We use our energy, our voices, our financial resources and our physical space to support others as best as we are able, following the example of Jesus Christ.
